Princess Turns One

A fellow Navy family celebrated their first daughter's first birthday. She is definitely the princess in the family and there couldn't have been a better theme for her party! I love the way these rose motif cakes turn out. They are such a big bang for your buck!

Christmas Special

It was brought to my attention yesterday that Christmas is only 7 weeks away! It's always busy during the holiday season. Let Baked By Becca take care of the baking for you this year so you can focus on celebrating and spending time with your loved ones! 

A Pixie Cake

One of our sweet friends turned four this month. She told her mom she wanted a Tinkerbell cake. I was happy to oblige. :) Happy birthday Madeline! You are one fun girl!

Neverland Ahoy!

My little girl turned three this weekend! Oh my goodness, can y'all believe it?! I think this birthday has been the most emotional for me so far. One really didn't hit me like it does most people. I was more excited to see what one would bring than anything. She turned two just a few days before we made a cross country move with the Navy and we had our second baby just a couple months later. Needless to say, year two was a blink of an eye. So, to realize that she is now three; I can hardly believe it. Well, we had a grand time celebrating! She is very into Peter Pan right now, so naturally we had to have a Neverland party. I think it turned out pretty great. :)

Turning Three

One of our dear little friends is only a few days older than my little girl. So, when her mother asked me to do her birthday cake I was thrilled. She is such a sweet little friend! Nora, happy birthday sweet girl! We are so happy we got to be apart of your celebration!

First Birthday

I did a matching smash cake and birthday cake for a little girl's first birthday. Her mother picked a rosette decor. I love this cake. Its such a big bang for your buck kind of cake, and it's super girly! Happy birthday little princess, I hope you had a wonderful day.

Daddy's Day

Happy birthday to our hero, naval aviator, our favorite person to see walk through the door, the love of my life, and the father of my children. Today you turn 28- wow only two years away from 30. When did we get so old?! You are such a wonderful husband and father and we had such a great day celebrating you.

P.S. Sorry your cake was "light red". That's what happens when you have a two year old daughter whose obsessed with cake.
