Baked Good of the Month: July

Recently Baked By Becca auctioned off a 12 month membership to the Baked Good of the Month Club (BGMC) for a fundraiser at their home church.

This month the wonderful couple who won the auction decided to cash in on their first monthly item. Larry's birthday was coming up, and his wife Martha wanted to surprise him with something special and chocolaty. What better then a cake from Baked By Becca?!

Rebecca baked a dark chocolate tart with crystallized ginger and a ginger snap cookie crust. Martha was delighted, and Larry was completely surprised!
