Baby Girl's Baptism

My husband and I lived for the first three years of our marriage in the city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While we were living there we became very involved in our church and became good friends with some very wonderful people, our pastor and his family especially. So, when it came time to have our daughter baptized and we hadn't made our place in a new church (having just moved) we decided to take her back to Baton Rouge and have our wonderful friend do the honors! It was such a blessing to have almost all of our family meet us in Baton Rouge for such a special time! I made a cake and traveled 4 hours in a car trying to keep it all in one piece. I couldn't believe that we made it with the cake still looking nice!
